9th International Airborne Electromagnetics Workshop

7-10 September conference
10-11 September workshops
Favignana (Italy)

Held every 3–10 years, the International Airborne Electromagnetics (AEM) Workshop is the premier global forum for advancing airborne geophysics.

Since its inception, eight previous workshops have shaped the evolution of AEM by fostering collaboration among leading researchers, technology innovators, industry professionals, and government agencies.

These gatherings have driven breakthroughs in acquisition methods, interpretation techniques, and applications across mineral exploration, groundwater mapping, and environmental studies.

The 2026 workshop continues this legacy, focusing on cutting-edge uses of AEM technology to meet today’s resource and sustainability challenges.
